2 healthy smoothies with winter fruit

2 healthy smoothies with winter fruit

You will probably hear it all around you. Everyone or almost everyone has a cold, or is not feeling well, or is sick. It is therefore also important in the winter to live healthily so that you eat or drink a lot of vitamins. I also try to eat and drink healthily as much as possible, but unfortunately this is not always possible. Now I had made two delicious smoothies with wintry fruit! An easy way to get your vitamins anyway!

Smoothie with blueberries

You see this a lot in the shops lately. I didn’t even notice this before. Blueberries. These are delicious in the curd cheese or as a smoothie!

What are the ingredients of the smoothie?

-1 banana

-a handful of blueberries

-a scoop of protein powder in coconut flavor

-a tablespoon of coconut grater

-two tablespoons of cottage cheese with 0 percent fat

-150 ml orange juice.

Why is this smoothie healthy?

Blueberries: Blueberries contain various nutrients that help keep your bones healthy and strong. They contain a lot of minerals, to be precise, calcium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus. All these minerals contribute to a healthy bone structure. In addition, the small berries also contain vitamin K. So these small berries contain a lot of vitamins and minerals!

Banana: banana is the most calorie-rich among the fruit. This is provided with starch, potassium and many dietary fibers. So nice and filling! And why is a green banana less sweet than a ripe banana? With a ripe banana, the starch is converted into natural sugars. That is why it is sweeter!

Coconut grater: coconut grater is also healthy! They make this from the flesh of a coconut. And in this flesh there are many fibers, minerals and antioxidants. So it is not only nice in your dish, but it is also healthy. Fiber is for improving bowel movements. So coconut certainly helps with improved bowel movements! There is also a lot of vitamin B11 in the coconut. This is folic acid. This is especially important for pregnant women. This ensures that the baby develops well in the belly and grows well. And the Antioxidants are there to protect your body against free radicals. Free radicals have a harder time causing cancer or cardiovascular disease.

Curd cheese: curd cheese is very well known among athletes. Low-fat cottage cheese with 0 percent fat is very healthy. It contains a lot of vitamin K, which is good for the bones. Cottage cheese is also provided with many proteins, which is good for muscle recovery.

Orange juice: this contains a lot of vitamin C that is good for resistance and bowel movements. You can eat or drink whatever you want from vitamin C, this will pee out what is too much.

Raspberry smoothie

This smoothie is the same as the above smoothie. I only used raspberries instead of blueberries. So you can use the same ingredients as above just with a handful of raspberry.

Raspberry is very healthy because it contains many antioxidants. This neutralizes diseases. There is also a lot of vitamin C in this fruit!

So making a smoothie is very tasty, and also very healthy!
